Discovering Newburyport Brewing Company
Nestled in the charming coastal town of Newburyport, Massachusetts, Newburyport Brewing Company stands out as a must-visit destination for both locals and tourists alike. This inviting brewery, located at 4 New Pasture Rd, is not just about fantastic beer; it’s a vibrant hub for community interaction, delicious drinks, and enjoyable live music events.
The moment you step through the doors, you’re greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed beer and the warm smiles of the staff. Enthusiastic patrons often share their love for this hidden gem, like Sarah C., who describes it as a cool spot worth visiting. The lively atmosphere makes it ideal for gathering with friends or just relaxing after a long day.
But the real star here is the beer selection. With a spectrum of craft beers on tap, there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re a fan of hoppy IPAs or prefer smooth Belgian whites, like the popular Plum Island Belgian White, you'll find a beverage that tantalizes your taste buds. Derek B. remarks on how he never misses a chance to stop by, praising the Green Head IPA and the new Melt Away Session IPA. Each brew reflects the care and passion that goes into the brewing process, inviting patrons to explore and savor every sip.
While the brewery is relatively small, it is thoughtfully designed with cozy picnic tables for outdoor seating, perfect for warm summer days. Many customers appreciate the chance to enjoy their drinks al fresco while listening to live music, enhancing the overall experience. Courtney F. noted how her visit was long overdue and contrary to her expectations, she found the small space charming and filled with character.
One small detail highlighted by visitors like Courtney, is the need for better water accessibility, especially on hot days. However, the delicious brews certainly overshadow this minor hiccup. Just remember to bring your own water bottle for comfort!
Overall, Newburyport Brewing Company is not just a brewery; it’s a place where memories are made, friendships are formed, and variety abounds. With its lively atmosphere, engaging community, and exceptional craft beers, it’s clear why this spot is a favorite among locals. So the next time you find yourself in Newburyport, be sure to stop by this gem to enjoy a pint and take in the good vibes.
“ This place was really cool! There was an event tonight. They have a variety of beers but unfortunately I'm not a beer driinker but recommend stopping by ”
“ Great music vibes and great time!! Ordering food delivery was kinda fun too. We had 5 people and ordered the beers and seltzer all were delicious. ”
“ Did not eat there, but the beer was good! Local Bon vivant Jason will gladly welcome you to the taproom and add to the list of local celebrities gone rogue ”
“ We drive by the Newburyport Brewing Company sign 100x a summer, have tried their beer many times, and have never visited. FINALLY, we made the stop! This is a very cute little brewery with very good beer. They have lots on tap and great service. It is quite small, but they do have seating set up (with some cute picnic tables outside in the summer and even live music!). I tried and loved the blueberry beer and am looking forward to coming back to try some more. My only complaint is the water situation - we were there on a very hot day and the only available water was in a big Gatorade cooler (and it smelled a little funny when it came out into the cup). Just bring your own water bottle, and you will be fine. It's about the beer anyway, right? We can't wait to come back again soon! ”
“ Been to Newburyport Brewing Co. almost every time I go to Newburyport - it's a must while in the area. Its a cool little place with a small taproom and an area for live music. People frequent here on game days as well to hang out for a bit. Most of their beers are a hit. I personally like the Green head IPA and the Plum Island Belgian White. I've tried others too like Newburyport Pale Ale, Melt Away Session IPA, and the Martine Lager, but can't say I was the biggest fan. ”
